Generation Leasing, LLC was founded in March of 2000 as a commercial leasing business in the state of California. Initially, Generation leased furniture and hotel supplies to hotels and resorts in Central California, a network developed through business contacts of their related entity, Yosemite Resorts. In the first two years of business this network enabled Generation to expand quickly, focusing on its early market: “things we know, people we know, and things in our backyard.”

Before long, Generation was pursuing new avenues for growth. Led by its president Joshua Fischer, MBA, and a team of advisors and C.P.A.s, Generation rapidly expanded its business over the next few years to include additional new financial services and client industries. Generation’s services have grown to not only include commercial leasing, but lending and factoring as well. These new service lines made it possible to attract additional clients from a diverse range of industries. Generation Leasing, LLC has met and made new contacts, expanded the knowledge base, and grew the backyard to include records labels, restaurant operators, kevlar vest manufacturers, and many others. In addition to growing in client and service bases, Generation Leasing, LLC has undergone a geographical expansion, now conducting business across the United States.
